What made you select a Florida Keys Private Home Wedding?

From the bride: “Ryan & I met in Fort Lauderdale. His brother is actually married to my best friend from childhood. We’ve known each other for about ten years but started dating five years ago. We always dreamed of a destination wedding. Due to COVID, we realized the Keys, an incredible destination, but also in our backyard, was perfect.”

Was there a specific color that inspired your private home wedding?

“There wasn’t a specific color, but our venue was very colorful. It inspired me to opt for a neutral more textural based palette.”

What detail about your wedding day was most meaningful to you?

“Writing & reading our own vows. Ryan & I would both agree, our favorite part of the day was our ceremony. We really enjoyed having a close friend marry us and reading our personal, hand written vows.”

What advice would you give to Florida Keys brides facing a wedding during the pandemic?

“Hire Blue Water Weddings!! Working with such a professional, creative and dependable wedding planner was the key factor in helping us get married during the pandemic.”
