One of our most widely received questions is: “Can you please explain your wedding planning services pricing and packages?” Your wish is our command! If you have found us on Instagram, like our style, and want to make it official, great! When looking for a wedding planner, we understand you are also very interested in how much we cost, and how this fits into the rest of your budget. As our prices range depending on several variables, I wanted to take the time to explain how much each of these packages are, and how we price them out.
Month of Coordination
$1,500++
This is the same as day of coordination. We start this package at $1,500.00. We base this price based on the amount of people and the venue that you choose. Private homes require more onsite support, while hotel venues come with a lot of existing staff. This allows us to not have to be on property at 8:00 a.m. to begin set up. We base this price off of time spent pulling the final pieces together in that last month and time spent on day of servicing.
Partial Wedding Planning Services
$3,500
Have you booked your vendors but need help pulling it all together? Want that extra guidance to ensure you aren’t missing anything? Partial planning is for you. This package is $3,500.00 Maybe you have a good six months before your wedding day, but are getting anxious now that all the vendors are booked. You need the reassurance that you are on the right track and that you aren’t missing a single detail. We have an amazing planning portal that will do just that. Together, with the bimonthly phone calls and tackling our online checklists, rest assured: your wedding nerves will be uninvited to this dream destination wedding of yours.
Full Wedding Planning Services
$5,500
This is a full partner in planning. From beginning to end, we are with you every step of the way. This is also for the couple that already knows the look and feel of what they want. They’ve dreamed up ideas to share with us for rentals, vibes, and looks to share with florists. This package is for the busy couple who needs a professional to take the reigns. We specialize in building a great vendor team that matches your style, wedding website building, vendor team building, bimonthly phone communication, and everything in between. We take no more than two of these packages a month.
Full Wedding Planning Services with Design
$7,500
This is for the couple needing help in all aspects of the wedding, including design. We will create a look and feel for you through design boards, stationary, welcome bags, place setting design, floral design, signage, and more. This also includes weekend planning to encompass the guest experience from the moment they touch down. We will create and manage your wedding website, track your RSVPs, and much more. For the couple wanting to experience a planner in all aspects, this is the package for you.
Full Wedding Planning with Design & Weekend Planning Coordination for the Welcome Event and Farewell Brunch

Most destination weddings encompass an entire weekend. Rest assured that with the help of our team, you won’t have to lift a finger when it comes to anything. All coordination and planning for all events throughout the weekend will be covered. It’s the gold package of planning, and even though we go above and beyond in all of our packages, this one will really let you sit back and relax for the entire weekend. It’s only once in a life time you get to have everyone you love the most together for an extended period of time. Why not enjoy every minute with the support of our full weekend design package? Depending on the amount of guests involved, we only take on one of these each month.
