Every one of our events is designed for you to feel confident and calm—not just on your wedding day, but on every day leading up to it. We believe that organization and precision are the surest path to peace of mind, so we share everything you need to know before you need to know it.
Our signature planning process is detailed, thorough, and backed by thirteen years of experience planning destination weddings.
As your wedding day comes to an end, we will ensure the correct items make it home with the correct people, even mailing items directly to your home! After your wedding and honeymoon, we will schedule a short celebration meeting to discuss your wedding day.
We are checking in with you from the moment you arrive. While you’re getting dressed, our prep team is beginning the installation process. By the time you enter your venue for your ceremony and reception, you’ll be stepping into the tangible reality of what we’ve been dreaming about for the past year.
We will be beside you all day, ensuring everyone knows where to be and when, and reading the room to cue the right moments at the right time. We will be there to encourage you, calm your nerves, and keep everything on track. This is the happiest day of your life, and we will make it unforgettable.
In the last six weeks before your wedding, we finalize your guest count, confirm your design, and begin wrapping up your details. We even send you important checklists (like your packing list!) so nothing is left to chance.
This is the part where you and your partner get to relax on the beach, while we vendors and record their availability, prices, and differentiating factors. You take a look at the list, tell us what you like, and we compile your wedding dream team.
At this stage, we ask you about special family traditions and unique touches so we can find the best way to incorporate them into your wedding design. We develop your customized timeline and establish the flow of your wedding day.
Once your venue is secured, we can begin designing your event! You’ll fill out our detailed design questionnaire, after which we will create an extensive design board. One of our favorite parts is presenting this design board and listening to your feedback. Here, we present floorplan layouts, place setting options, and physical samples so you can truly envision what your wedding will look like. You receive a full price list and can make deposits for all the design elements.
We begin by simply getting to know you. Over the first few months, we meet via video call, chat over email, and talk on the phone to ensure we understand your priorities. Once we feel confident that we know what’s most important to you, we develop a budget that encapsulates these values.
After you’ve approved your budget, we bring you our venue recommendations. This is the most exciting part! We have been planning weddings in South Florida for over a decade, and only recommend venues we have vetted and worked with extensively. We guarantee that you will fall absolutely in love with your venue, making wedding planning even more exciting!

We come equipped with backup plans for our backup plans. We closely monitor the weather around every outdoor event, implementing our agreed-upon backup plans so seamlessly that they feel like they were Plan A all along.
How do you handle inclement weather for an outdoor wedding?
Yes! Whether these events are part of a cohesive wedding weekend or happen earlier in the planning process, we love crafting once-in-a-lifetime events leading up to your wedding.
Do you plan other events, like a rehearsal dinner or welcome party?
Yes, all wedding investments are broken into two payments. Fifty percent is due at the time of signing, and the remaining fifty percent is due 60 days before your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
Never. We dedicate one planner per day to each event, ensuring they can be fully present to coordinate your celebration!
Do you ever plan more than one wedding per day?
